Before, in the left picture, notice the right arm awkward reaching for the mouse. Reaching could result in upper trapezius pain. I see it everyday. In the after photo to the right, you'll see that classic 'L' shape. We reduced her reaching by about 4 or 5 inches and her ergonomic risk factor for musculoskeletal disorders (ie trap pain) was diminished if not eliminated. This could be the difference between pain, trigger points, sometimes tingling and NO symptoms. Take a look at your workstation. Reduce your awkward reaching.
